As someone who has dealt with child protective services, I feel deeply for this grandpa. I know this is a skit, but this happens everyday more than people realize. As for that teacher, she should have minded her business or tried to help/get him help! I personally would have had a few impolite words for her.

The fact that the social services lady immediately wrote down everything, didn’t even ask the kids, and barely even let the grandfather talk. She just immediately assumed the worst and before he knew it she was threatening the police if he didn’t let Bobby and Ocean leave with her. If this was an actual situation, she should lose her job. Just….wow.

@jordanbutwithani2410
@jordanbutwithani2410 Жыл бұрын
imo as a person raised by a struggling parent, i really don’t think people should bring kids into this world unless they have a reliable & consistent source of income. i get not wanting to abort, i do but honestly if you yourself KNOW and are aware that you do not have a HOUSE to raise the child in, a healthy & non toxic environment to raise the child in, and the income needed to raise a child AND still sustain yourself, i think it’s selfish to NOT try to find adoptive parents who do have the means to give the child the life they deserve. it is completely unfair to bring a child into this world knowing it’ll be raised in poverty.

"It's not about how many times you fall, but how many times you get back up." Very true! Everybody had their bad times and failures in their lives, but they need to know that failure is like a part of their journey to success. They also can't just give up the second they failed on something; all they need to do is just keep on going and move on with fresh new ideas until they succeed. If at first you don't succeed, try try again!

I am a teacher and can say with 100% certainty that being poor and being late to school are absolutely NOT against the law. Neither is eating McDonald’s for breakfast. If anything, children coming from poor families will receive free breakfast and lunch at school and under the McKinney Veno Act, will get additional services like transportation to and from school. This is in all fifty states. CPS won’t take children away from a home for eating McDonald’s lol and gardening with grandpa is also not against the law. None of this is realistic. In the real world, CPS would investigate and then leave at the ridiculous claim.

This is the problem with some kids around the world, they get spoiled and they don’t understand how hard parents and guardians work, the guardians put in the effort so that the kids don’t have to do it the hard way, but sometimes, they need to have a bit of discipline.
