2 of my friends have an undiagnosed depression. Why is it undiagnosed? Because they won’t let anyone help them with it. When I try to talk to them about it they get upset and don’t want to talk. My friend is now vaping because of this and my other one hurts herself from time to time (slitting wrists) 😭. My other friend has severe anxiety. Because of this this video made me cry and hurt. Because I can relate. Both my friends don’t care what happens to them and think no one else cares either. So no matter what I always try to check in with them

I’ve never been one to cry at a Dhar Mann video, but this was the first one that actually made me shed tears. It hit close to home. Like a lot of people in the comments said, and the performance says by Viviana and Juliet. We’re outstanding and wonderful. It broke my heart to know that Juliet took her own life in a way. I wish it would’ve ended better, but at the same time I feel like he needed to see this ending. I feel like people don’t really understand the severity of suicidal thoughts, and I think this was a very important message to put out into the world. Life is precious, and we all need friends. You never really know what anyone’s going through, so it’s important to check on those Who are putting on a smile because it might be crumbling on the inside and might just need a friend.

This is by far the best Dhar Mann video ever, I have never cried with a video, and this one hit really hard.
