I can relate this to my late dad. He didn’t take his health seriously either. It led to him having a massive stroke. He’s lived with it for almost 5 years until he recently passed from the complications his seizure. He had all kinds of health issues. So anyone with dads please watch over them and let them know to take their healths seriously. I miss my dad more than anything..

This hits hard as somebody who grew up with a alcoholic father who cheated on my mom, just know to never give up, get weak, or stay down because there is always a ladder to forgiveness, happiness, healthyness and one with all of those combined and it may be a few large steps but at the end it’s very beautiful

"We gotta take care of my wellness before I'm forced to take care of my illness." Very true! We all get ill from time to time and after we got over that sickness, we need to better take care of our bodies to prevent it from happening again. As it showed in this video, drinking too much can be very dangerous and even fatal to our health; it can cause serious problems in relationships especially those who had children. To be honest, I'm at Allison's side; Grant needs to stop drinking too much and eat healthier not only for his own sake, but for his daughter. Granted that she lied about his status of his condition and it's wrong to do so, but she only did it to make sense to him and to protect his health. You know what I'm trying to say?

It's a good thing Allison duped her husband into thinking his health was awful and that he needed to modify his unhealthy habits if he wanted to live longer. That was a wise decision on her part. People will always wait until their health deteriorates to the point that they must cope with the agony.

My dad faced something similar. He was an alcoholic and had a bad diet. He would go missing at times and miss work. He had a bear belly and was overweight. Then a couple years ago, we noticed that he had lost a lot of weight and was constantly going to the bathroom. We were worried. As it turns out, he had diabetes. From then on, he had to change everything. It took some time and there were rocky times but he’s better now. He’s more present and has 2 jobs now. He’s definitely skinny and it’s crazy to look at the difference from a couple years ago. He did take medication at first but it didn’t make him feel well since he had also changed his diet

Exactly one year ago, my dad lost one of his good friends after a brief illness of liver problems, because he abused alcohol. I don't think he exercised or ate healthy as much and wasn't doing the right thing to get his health back in order. This was a great video, and I hope this inspires those who abuse alcohol to quit drinking, eat healthy, and exercise so they can live a better life like Grant did.
