Ma'am you got a point but the thing is there are some of teachers who got appointment in 90's or early 2000's but they're regular and dedicated towards field of education they shouldn't be insulted like giving them early retirement without the respect and sources they deserve.

I myself a teacher in govt sector can know deeply these 90's teacher... Im not mentioning everyone but majoruty of them are not able to reach that prophetic profession.
