PLS is not a SEM technique. It's PLS-PM. I believe you are not a statistician, otherwise you wouldn't have said this.

@@DhavalSaifaleeAaryash Unfortunately, Dr. Ringle, Hair and Marko rebranded this to earn rents which was Abandoned by Dr. Wold who was actual inventor of PLS. Prof. Ch. Mahmood Anwar explained on issues pertaining to PLS in detail in his lecture that is available on KZbin. PLS has nothing to do with SEM.

@@trustwinners3765 You are right. Actually problem is, people who support PLS have no statistical background. They have no idea at all what is the difference between PM and SEM. PLS is only a PM method which should be avoided in serious research. People only follow myths and urban legends related to PLS. Many learned Editors of nice journals desk reject articles using PLS as their analysis method.
