hi Dr, is the serial multiple mediation model an Exploratory or Confirmatory Factor Analysis? How to identify that the model should use CB-SEM(AMOS) or PLS-SEM(SMARTPLS)? thank you!

Greetings sir Can you please tell how to write hypothesis like in the example above there are two mediator so OC->Coworker->job satisfaction->staying intention So we will write Co worker mediaties relationship between oc and job satisfaction Then job satisfaction mediates relationship between co worker and stay intention .
