At 13:00 have you not given the wrong default gateway id to server as it should be from network its connected to .but your network is working for some reason.

I have Question that how Other network pc knows from which pool his up will be allocated confused ?

It can be identified (Network) using the interface IP Address set in the router!

What if we have more than 1 router in between the end device and DHCP server
