I think there must be some authority in NZ where you can lodge a complain if there is no provision to appeal. Many years ago Swedish immigration refused residence permit to my relative from India who fulfill all requirement. I lodged a complain against immigration to one authority who made immigration to change decision.

All temporary visa applications are processed by AI .. visa is never guarantee for entry in country.. visa means you can knock their door it’s up to immigration officer 👮 of your destination to allow you or no I have no idea why all these denied boarding travellers not taking in written for denied boarding so traveler can sue airline ..

Airlines send information to immigration when you took boarding pass if airlines have green signal then NZ immigration doesn’t flag you for interview
