The biggest difference between US youtube and Indian youtube is the reach and audience. In the US, youtubers, as much as they're successful still aren't seen as legitimate celebrities who could break into the mainstream entertainment industry. On this side of the globe, youtubers have a far greater and more dedicated audience with some youtubers/viners successfully transitioning into acting/entertainment roles on tv and cinema. BB ki vines might as well be preparing his audience for better content expectations in the future while strengthening his position in the entertainment industry. He's already on a couple of national ads on tv and with music he'll prolly be getting enough endorsements to more than cover for this one project
