Today I'm riding to campsite called Sahyadri camping site located near to the backwaters of Dhom dam in Wai and Panchgani. The place is surrounded by mountains and you can feel the breezes of beautiful Krishna river which flows through the valley.
Being a rider, I will say The best way to reach this place is by your own vehicle a bike or car. But if you prefer public transport then you can take a bus to Wai bus stand and from there you can take a rickshaw from Wai to Sahyadri camping.
Pune to Sahyadri camping site distance: 100 km depending on from which part of Pune you start.
Panchgani to Sahyadri camping site distance: 21 km.
