Let me answer your question. Let's say your income is Rs 1000, and your cost of food and house and other stuff is Rs 500. Next year, your income is 1300, and the cost of living has gone up from 500 to 800 due to corporations. Disposable income has gone not changed, and the cost of things will also rise, so effectively speaking you're poorer. This is a critical part of how capitalism doesn't help the poor.
