To celebrate the recently retired Wang Hao's career, we look back at his top 10 rallies, presented by DHS!

He was an outstanding table tennis player, I have been admiring his talents for a decade now. I'm sad he retired for good but he was in pre-retirement since 2012 even though he almost managed to win the last world championship so it's not a surprise. I hope his career as a coach will be at least as great as his career as an athlete. Good luck Wang Hao!

Have takin up RVP as of late at SIXTY FIVE. All these years I have had a mediocre backhand, and tried every grip imaginable..now its my best shot, incredible. Thank watching Wang Hao video's to try it.

Wang Hao is like Lee Chong Wei, 3 times Silver medalist in Olympic. Win many tournaments but not Olympic. But reached the 3 Finals in Olympic is pretty good.

I think there are more good shots from wang hao, especially before 2012. there are too many shots here post 2012, and when wang hao was not even trying. thanks a lot! also those high-value shots that won him the wttcs. I think those are important.

Wang Hao attracts some unusual criticism from some. Yet his overall career is stunning. Using a unique backhand stroke, in the World Championships he beat the best player of the decade (Wang LiQin) to win gold in 2009, beat the best player of the next decade, (Ma Long), twice, only to lose in the finals of 2011 & 2013 to the 'man on fire' at the time, Zhang Jike (who could beat everyone else in the world but not Ma Long). In the Olympics, he reached 3 finals (no-one else has come close to doing that), and unashamedly lost to 3 men who played out of this world at the time (Ryu, then Ma LIn, then Zhang Jike). He has won more World Cups than any other man, and has won the third highest number of medals in history in the major championships mentioned above. Not perfect.......but not at all a bad legacy. And capable of being a gentleman as well as a fighter. I respect him.
