Bana toh sab saktai hai magar timing nahi bata sakti ......Rakhshinda Koi bhi ingredient ya Cooking Methods mai batati hoon woh us recipe ka teste, ya texture, ya smell ke liya hota hai, usai remove karna or replace karna matlab teste ko change karna hoga. ya sab recipes trial and error k baad final recipe banti hai, is liye 90 percent ko pasand aati hai.  aap kuch bhi try kar sakte ho or agar kuch bhi change kare toh please feedback danaa k kiya kiya or phir kasa laga❤

Hi sanira, The chicken powder is used to enhance the taste of the food. It is the same as chicken cubes available in the market normally branded as knoor or maggie. If you allergic to all of them, then You can also use half the amount of Ajinomoto commonly known as Chinese Salt for this recipe only.

Lemon juice contains citric acid, but it also contains many other chemical compounds besides which we dont want in this recipe. Pure citric acid is common in nature, but is also a common food additive for its flavor and preservative properties
