ohohohoh the thumbnail, i see :D if you upload a video ,you have like 3 pictures shown zich you can choose from for your thumbnail, right? so somewhere next to that there is a button with probably written "Custom thumbnail" on it but you have to make the thumbnail yourselfm i make mine in photoshop ^^ i hope you understand what i'm saying :D
