स्वामी मुकुंदानंद एक प्रसिद्ध भक्ति योग संत, मन नियंत्रण के प्रवक्ता, आध्यात्मिक एवं योग शिक्षक और जगदगुरु श्री कृपालु जी महाराज के वरिष्ठ शिष्य हैं। स्वामीजी एक अभूतपूर्व योग प्रणाली 'जगदगुरु कृपालु जी योग ' (JKYog) के संस्थापक है। एक इंजीनियर (आईआईटी) और प्रबंधन (आईआईएम) स्नातक के रूप में स्वामीजी का प्रशिक्षण उन बुद्धिजीवियों को बहुत आकर्षित करता है, जो वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण के साथ आध्यात्मिकता सीखना चाहते हैं। ईश्वर के विषय में सच्चे दर्शन को प्रस्तुत करने की उनकी अनूठी और उच्च पद्धतिगत प्रणाली आज की दुनिया में अत्यंत दुर्लभ है। उनकी उपस्थिति भगवान् और उन सभी आत्माओं के प्रति प्रेम का संचार करती है जो मार्गदर्शन के लिए उनसे संपर्क करते हैं।

स्वामी मुकुन्दानन्दजी ! प्रणाम आपका प्रवचन सुनना मुझे बहुत अच्छा लगता है लेकिन एक बात जो सबसे आश्चर्य प्रतीत होता है कि आप संस्कृत के इतने कठिन श्लोकों को इतनी सरलता से बोलते हैं जैसे संस्कृत आपकी मातृभाषा ही हो ! यह सब ईश्वर की कृपा ही है !

Man ko hari guru mein lagane ke liye sabdhan hokar God ko samne apne mann mein rakh kar sadhana karni chahiye. Nabadha bhakti sraban, kirtan, atmanibedan adi karna chahiye. God ko har samay smaran karna chahiye Rup dhyan meditation bhakti ki adhaar sila hai.

Our fickle mind disturb us a lot while meditating so we have to stable our mind by practicing meditation daily then one day we will be able to do mediation with out any problem
