Apne jitni baat batayi wo sab mujhe dhiyaan me mahsus ho chuka he ... But mujhe patta ni tha ki uss time me dhiyaan me jaa chuka hu...ajj apka video dekh kar patta chala. Kai baar me daar jatta tha. Kiyu ki me apne body ko hila dula hi ni patta .. or fir mujhe daar ke mare akkhaan kholni padti he .. kayi baar body itni jayda vishal hoti jatti he ki me chah kar bhi usse usse rook ni patta ... Or yesa lagta he ki me univers jitna Vishal hotta jaa Raha hu. Kai baar me dhiyaan me itne teji se ghumta hu jaise earth 🌍 ke sath sath me bhi chakar laga raha hu.

Contemporary people should do OSHO dynamic meditation and OSHO kundalini meditation to omit garbage from the mind, only later should start Vipasana. Please note for the beginners Vipasana is dangerous🌺🙏
