Listening to this in Ang Babaeng Allergic sa WiFi was a depression trip I didn't know I would experience during the lockdown back in 2020. I loved someone who doesn't feel ready to have a relationship, and I was willing to wait for them. This song helped me get through the pain of knowing that they won't be able to reciprocate the feelings I had for them, and that there were far more better things destined for me, should I move on. I still very much have feelings for this person, but I find that there indeed is, far more better things fated for me to find.

April 2021 when I first heard this song. Kung di dahil sa fitness client ko, I wouldn't be this hooked up sa meaning ng kanta. This song is part of my everyday plalist, I can relate kasi. There's this person who made me believe in love again. He lives 140km away, kaya yung phrase na "'Di bale nang malayo, alam saan patungo. Sa 'yo'y itinuturo. Hintayin mo lang ako" hits me real hard. Well, balikan ko yung comment na toh if nag develop and nag grow ang relationship namin after a year. While watching the music video for the first time, today July 12, 2021, the scenes remind me of my "moving forward" journey from my first love. Yung mga moments na mag-isa kang gumala: crying, reflecting, bargaining, praying alone, etc. Looking back, it was three years yung healing process ko, grabe rollercoaster ride of emotions. And sobrang coincidence kasi April 2021 din yung month na nakapag "let go for good" ako sa kanya. Oh well, everything happens for a reason, kaya as the song goes: "siguro balang araw, aking matatanaw sagot sa bakit at sakit ng nakaraan" stay safe and healthy people!
