It was on February 7th, 2023 I heard that Miyuki Sawashiro voiced Puchiko in both Japanese AND English.

I think it's funnier knowing he was voiced by Lucas Gilbertson, better known for his role as Zero in the Mega Man X games from X8 up to around MVC3. From what I got to speak with him about, he was apparently a big fan of Di Gi Charat, himself which is why he took up the role.
