Mukul Dube she didn’t say it was a bad colour. I have always disliked it, thinking it was something that frivolous women wore or preferred. Then she told me that society makes it seem like pink is to be associated with “girly girls”..that serious women don’t like pink and whatnot. She is right. It’s a beautiful colour. Funnily, after she pointed that out, my affinity with the colour ceased to be. Did you know there are more than 150 types of roses??
