Do the default calibration ... Bring your sensor to default values ... Check if it is working normal as per default setting or not .... After that, we need to understand your application first ... What voltage or current output you are expecting at the lower and far range ....

The objective is to measure the height of objects, from 0 to 1 meter, I put the sensor at 70 cm before the 0 point, what I do is put a box at 2 meters and record the distance in A2 and then bring the box closer to point 0 and record the distance in A1, the sensor is 70cm before point A1 (0m), the output is 4..20mA where 20mA will be 2m and 4mA 0m SENSORA1A2
