We dont have 100ml-150ml of 1.4% .... our pharmacy sell 10ml of 8.4% how can we convert this to 100ml of 1.4% please?

Solution We'll use the dilution formula: C1V1 = C2V2 Where: C1 = initial concentration (8.4%) V1 = initial volume (unknown) C2 = final concentration (1.4%) V2 = final volume (100ml) Calculations Plugging the values into the formula: 8.4% * V1 = 1.4% * 100ml V1 = (1.4% * 100ml) / 8.4% V1 ≈ 16.67ml So, you need to take approximately 16.67ml of the 8.4% bicarbonate solution and dilute with compatible solution
