Lokenderji could you please elaborate on EOE concept further. Is there a scientific reason behind following only 4 eating per day. I do follow 4 eating a day but one of 4 is my green leaves juice without fruit and fiber. I don't understand how a juice require digestion. Also occasionally I like eating a 17gm keto chocolate which is made with stevia available here in Canada, 2 hrs after dinner. Thank you.

सर मैं 12 साल से डायबिटीज हूं 2010 से हुं एलोपैथिक दवाइयां खा रहा था फिर भी कोई फायदा नहीं हो रहा था जब मैंने आपका वीडियो देखा फिर मैंने अपने टेस्ट कराए 31/7/22 को फास्टिंग शुगर 177 आई थी पीपी 418 आई थी hba1c 8.2 आई थी एवरेज 190 है उसके बाद मैंने डायवेस्सी के प्रोडक्ट मंगवाए थे सप्लीमेंट और आटा को इस्तेमाल किया फिर मैंने एक महीने के बाद टेस्ट करवाया तो 3/9/22 को फास्टिंग शुगर 133 आया है पीपी 205 आया है hba1c 6.7 आया है एवरेज 146 है उसके बाद मैंने एलोपैथिक सारी दवाइयां धीरे-धीरे कम कर दी फिर 2 महीना 10 दिन के बाद टेस्ट कराया था तो फास्टिंग शुगर 136 आई है पीपी 130 आया है hba1c 6.1 है एवरेस्ट 128 है लेकिन सर फास्टिंग शुगर बढ़ रहा है हम मुझे क्या करना है सर मैंने रिवर्सल टेबलेट रात को खाने वाली और 5 किलो आटा ऑर्डर कर दिया है सर आप का में जिंदगी भर आभारी रहूंगा बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद आपका जो मुझ जैसे गरीब की भी डायबिटीज रिवर्सल हो जाएगी अब मैं फ्री डायबिटीज की रेंज में हूं सर अब मैंने सारी एलोपैथिक दवाइयां बिल्कुल बंद कर दी हैं ठा० मित्रपाल सिंह राजावत गांव बनिया खेड़ा तहसील चंदौसी जिला संभल उत्तर प्रदेश 17/11/22
