It's not been beaten by anything that I know of, but I do know of one level in one game that I think rivals the atmospheric horror that this one offers. Ever heard of the Thief series? It centers around a master thief named Garrett who's always been best in the shadows. The third game, Thief: Deadly Shadows was dark and gritty, but only moderately. We heard about potential hauntings in that game, and at one point got on an abandoned ship filled with mindless zombies, but nothing much worse than that... ...that is, until we entered the _Shalebridge Cradle._ Without spoiling anything important, I can say that the Cradle was once an orphanage, and later, an insane asylum. It burned down, and was left abandoned. When you enter, it's clear that you aren't alone... Despite being filled with death, the Cradle is _very_ much alive...

This was my early childhood. Literally started playing when I was 2. Dead serious. When my father bought himself a new PC in 2003, I apparently said "Yay I finally have my own computer!" and immediately began playing Diablo I and II. As you can imagine I have nightmares every time I fall asleep. Totally worth it.

I love those dark notes that play on the harp after her breath is silenced. Actually, out of all the sound effects in this track, it's hard to pick a favorite. The gasping woman, drums, moaning, and harp are all incredible.

To get to the Hell level, You need to travel Through all 3 Cave/caverns levels and Diablo is on the Hell level 3 inside his close space dimension and to get pass there you need to kill The Bastard traitor “Archbishop Lazarus”

I'm a Christian, but I don't recommend making posts like that. It doesn't look good when you just post a lot of words and give the impression that you spend all your time reading only one thing. It makes you look indoctrinated. I can guarantee that I never considered adopting a new ideology based on long internet posts. If you really want to spread your beliefs to others, the best way is to be a good example. Words are cheap, actions are not.
