Hi I can't assign Cyclone Strike to my RMB, its coming in the same category as Wave of Light.

Current Season 6 Monk does not have Cyclone Strike in Secondary Skills.

go to option settings there under gameplay or some tab (forgot which tab it is), there's an option for "Enable Elective Mode". Untick it then you can select any skills on any slot in ur skill list.

You can setup that skill by any button man :)) my setup not the only way.
