maxroll.gg/d3/guides/firebird-explosive-blast-wizard-guide that's the general build. The variant I used included Aughild shoulders and bracers, Firebird source for offhand, ethereal dagger for main weapon. Orb of infinite death or Deathwish affix for cube/weapon.

How dou survive? I can't do a 150 due to dying or not enough damage

Firebird set is pretty tanky but the ghosts still rip through your armor pretty easily. This run was only a 145 as well. Diamond skin with prism gives a lot of shielding if your cooldown rate is high but if you're talking about Tal Rasha set, you have to dodge a lot to keep shields up. Dominance and Galvanizing Ward passives help with shielding if you have enough HP. You could try adding more paragon points to vitality to increase your health/shield pool. Are you using this Firebird build or Tal Rasha meteor setup?

I think HP should be about 1M+, resource cost reduction on shoulders can help damage reduction via Crimson set bonus. If you're using the 2H setup you could try the dagger or wand (25% dmg reduction) for faster attack speed to get more shielding from Deflection. Using Blackhole also reduces their dmg while buffing yours and stops their attacks for a moment. Since Firebird doesn't proc area damage, Blackhole is also the only way to increase your AoE damage so make sure you get big groups to kill elites quickly and lure them if there's not enough mobs for Blackhole buff. The only other thing I can think of is making sure you have armor rolls wherever possible or use STR or DEX gems in your gear to boost armor. Hope it helps, let me know how it goes
