Diablo 3 [Season 31] NA Server's First Solo 150 - SSF SC Masquerade Bone Spear Necromancer

A few setup questions people may have: 1. Templar is probably the better follower but I didn't have one set up because it's hard to roll strength stuff this early when everything was done on necro (my enchantress also only had 17k int, whoops) 2. Leech/blood flask is probably a better choice for a curse than decrepify/wither but I chose the latter due to my survivability problems which are VERY OBVIOUS in this video. 3. I probably would have run all rubies if I had more gems available. I had 200 points in vit in this video (about 1m life overall, weapon is also vit instead of the preferred area damage). I was severely gem crunched the whole time (boots are not augmented at all because I was out of gems). 4. I expect LOD nova to eventually out-perform bone spear (and I do think rathma might eventually pass everything at very very high paragon as it usually does)

can imagine this build with 4k+ paragon and proper gear with full auguments.. probably triple more dmg... also in group he can runs with 4th poison dmg buff(25% dmg more) and withcing hour...

I don't see it getting much play in groups other than in speed GRs, LoD nova getting steuart's greaves while keeping CoE is too good for time attacking 150s. In speed GRs it can take Jesseth's since the Znec can apply the curses for dayntee's, and then switch to witching hour at higher paragon, as you described. In previous seasons the nova builds have not really scaled well with paragon (solo) and have been passed by all-rounder builds that don't have severe boss problems, and that could be the case here as well. This early in the season, LoD nova does seem to be better. I'm working on putting that together and pushing with it. It would not surprise me if that flips later in the season, though I'm not planning on farming enough paragon this time around to test that out.

@@DanBrim we playing yestarday, i playing with this build and stricken and my friend with LOD nova, zdh and realy bad zbarb, we cleared 144 - 4 man in 7 min with 1.2k paragon and only 3 auguments items, my build is a crap, i also play with witching hour and didnt have too much problem until 140+ gr, so i think witching hour is a real option, also i go with aura of frality all time, but didnt see LOD nova already have, so i can take 40% deffensive curse for 40% dmg reduction or even better take siphone blood poison stack buff for 4th posion skill.. and last question is siphone blood stack for 10 stack and 100% increase dmg work for this build?
