Yeah I don’t know how they fix that problem because if they do add tempering to say grandfather once you temper it it’d be stuck to what ever character you built it on because of class specific tempers. I think they need unique Uber unique only tempers that work on all classes that way you don’t get stuck with a Grandfather you tempered on say your necro that has golem tempered onto it that would be useless on a barb

Just a quick FYI about the crit dmg for rogues to add to a barb build: You don't necessarily have to have a high level rogue. If you have had decently high manuals drop for a rogue you can lock out and get high crit dmgs rolls to add to your build without having to level a rogue all the way up. My rogue was level 30 something when I got decent enough rolls to add to my barb, so I only had to spend a few hours leveling. It takes even longer than that to find good items to temper anyways so I feel like that amount of time is worth it. Anybody who doesn't want to put in a lot of time, fret not. You may not get max rolls to add but you can get rolls that are worth it.

Honestly a lot of the Ubers and Uniques need a rework. I love the tempering system and I’m super excited to see what they add each season but there are so many uniques that just don’t compare, hell most of them don’t even come close. Frankly due to how tempering works I doubt they can fix the gap without making them incomparably broken so instead they should make them…well…unique. Have them do things that are otherwise impossible to achieve. Good examples being the “minion” uniques for Necro. All of them are a waste of time compared to what you can accomplish with tempering. Like Deathspeaker could cause your minions to have lifesteal like they could in D3. ROM could have your thorns scale based on your total minions and give you extra DR, or maybe your minions add a % of your thorns to their attacks since technically your thorns already scale on your total minions.

Another thing about Andariel's visage that was hurt by this latest season was the reintroduction of Life per Hit from Diablo 3. That stat is so similar to life steal (The only real difference being how it scales) and you can get it on just about any gear type that it kind of kills the value of life steal.

You can farm sparks with other characters. I got 4 so far and bought shako. Will get another 1 with my rogue and 1 from uber lilith. Dont know if you can keep making characters to get more though, I am sure someone already knows.

It depends on your build but usually around pit 65-70 you should be strong enough to solo tormented bosses

True. Lilith is harder than Duriel. If you got to the point you already mentioned, then either your survivability or your damage should be enough to take on duriel. Duriel has less / easier arena kill mechanics than andariel or lilith. Make sure to have 70% resistance to poison. Killed lilith anda and duri with my Necro and my Rouge solo... from my perspective duri is the most relaxed and time efficient. Then anda. Then lilith.

andariels visage is a dmg upgrade from godslayer helm for wind shear build. the poison res is kinda worthless and the atk speed isn't the greatest unless ur not capped. i don't seem to notice the life steal but ima try to hit it with masterwork.

@@BernhardRose its less dps if you're hitting a huge pack and the godslayer proc'd but its way way better dps for bosses and that's the hardest part of the pits anyways. i scrapped my godslayer after pushing pits with both and i had capped atk speed alrdy. i m past 100 i could take atk speed off a ring and still be capped now. i would if i found a perfect ring without atk speed but i havnt. plus the poison on the helm does more consistent dmg to packs its just the passive on the godslayer thats rly good for a million mobs but it doesn't even proc that often anyways and is not gud against boss at all.

Couldnt disagree more on Andariel's visage. As a sorcerer, the lofe steal plays absolutely HUGE with blizzard in late game. Even if you get CC your blizzard is still going and getting you life. Not to mention the fact now we can stack poison with Tal Rasha for our element stack. This helm has been absolutely fane changer for me as a blizzard sorc

Shaco works for 90% of builds. Melted heart is good for a lot Basic attack skills due to the Tankiness GF only works with high crit build like bleed barb (should aim for at least 5k total crit damage to give it value) And doombringer is pretty much trash if u don’t hit * health and even then u only want it for overpower necros or thorn barb due to the crazy numbers of up to 500k+ health Ubers became very nieche but they’re still Ubers I guess

You need to specifically farm Duriel or Andariel. They have around a 2% drop chance (or 1 in 50) on normal mode, and 10% (or 1 in 10) on tormented mode.

It doesn't matter how you spend your resource. But yes, since last season or so almost every resource spender has a core skill tag. An exception would be necro curses or kick (with the right upgrade) for example. I honestly don't know if stuff like ramaladins resource drain works (It works for other resource spending related stuff on Barb ^^). Previously Starless Skies would only buff Core skills. That changed so that it buffs all damage and is in order of that useable for most builds =)

Never got an Uber, definitely can't beat tormented versions of bosses and since I can't stand 1 shot mechanics, any content that suddenly begin using this cheap method of stopping me is content I never go back to. Like Uber Lilith, she's all about oneshotting you. NM dungeons 100 is fine and pit level 47, still not getting oneshotted so I am still pushing but I can smell that oneshot mechanic getting close... This is best season so far and I enjoy it. Now if they can stop cheating and oneshotting me, I might enjoy more endgame content and try those tormented bosses.

Lilith is still a problem for me, but the tormented bosses aren't too bad. If you're stacking debuffs from getting hit you can always run with a group. Otherwise since only a few of the moves apply the debuff, if you can learn to dodge those specific moves you shouldn't take too much damage.

​@@arbitraryanecdotes4521 Tried Andariel, He sent me home in 1 shot. I tried him at level 90 or so with my sorceror, definitely wasn't ready for it. Am now level 99, can beat NM dungeons 100 and Pit 47. Still working on masterwork level 5 to 8 for my gear and glyphs to level 15. I'll try him once done and see how it goes. When or if I beat him, I'll see about tormented version of bosses and who knows, I might go crazy and try Lilith again :)

Sorc is both the worst and best class in terms of survivability. It´s the worst when your flameshield is down cause a lot of stuff will oneshot you, but it´s the best when your flameshield is up, cause you are actually invincible. There are two builds that utilize that fact, fire bolt, and frozen orb, both heavily working towards keeping flameshield up as much as possible, ESP when fighting bosses. I can only recommend you take a look at those builds, they will make your life a lot easier in the endgame.

@@kidneyboy420 Why do I get to final boss barely using 1 hand then suddenly get crushed in 1 shot. It's like you playing level 50 and suddenly, just to stop you, they slap a level 150 boss in front of you. Now if I struggled all the way and the final boss was just a step up, I wouldn't complain. But it wasn't like that at all. Now, they fixed that a little with update. I can survive one hit from those bosses in the pit that I get in the level 90+. Health around 54k with potions. The patch proved I was right, they were 'cheating' to stop you.
