It would be nice if T1 - T4 bosses also had a chance to drop some Ancestral Legendary items. It’s getting pretty frustrating just seeing duplicate unique items dropping from bosses.

i got 3 ancestral mythis uniques in t3. They def there. First season i got them dropped and i maybe did 100 boss runs all together.

I actually disagree. I think now that we have the Pit, Infernal Hordes, and Undercity for farming gears, it’s actually a good idea to let Uber bosses drop something else, ie targeted uniques, runes, and mythic.

And you still can't "farm" it. I just spent 180k iron on 1 ring. Still no triple crit. To farm 180k takes days...for 1!! Item. That's just too much IMHO. Without the triple crit I can't use my new gloves which I also have to upgrade. I am done with this shit.

i really wish they could bring back the green zones from season 2 at least as this years holiday event, fighting vampires/bats/ghouls etc was fun and that greenish tint, gave a spooky vibe i miss it

I've noticed that during some activities I see only 1 rawhide drop. I've burned a lot of rawhide like 30k and I'm down to below 3k and that is only like 20 master works to level 8.

The masterworking costs are just too high. I shouldn't have to do a full 10-wave T4 Infernal Horde just to upgrade a single piece one time, not including any resets that need to be done for getting the correct rolls. And that's just the Obducite, not even the iron or hide. I like infernal hordes more than most other activities, but nothing feels very rewarding to do in D4

Dont do horde for material. Get a speedy build and run NMD, gives me like 1.2k Obducite in around 2 minutes each. Undercity tributes for materials are even better if you have them

Found the easiest way to obtain these materials. Take on a Realmwalker, get the opals at the end that boost material gain. Use those and take on infernal dungeons and there you go. Otherwise i believe cellars give you the most iron chunks which take 30 seconds to finish for 50 chunks.

This season, I got tired of grinding Hordes for an hour just to masterwork a piece of gear just to not get the rolls I wanted. There needs to be a way to lock in stat boosts or something. It is too much RNG. Not to mention there is no real reason to strive for the min max bc once you get it where will you use it.

How is Blizzard this freakin stupid. The problem is caused by the salvage rates of Legendary and Ancestral gear. Why the heck are rawhide and veiled crystals equal to coiling wards. How to ACTUALLY fix material shortages: One Masterworking upgrade requires: 40 Rawhide, 20 Veiled Crystals, and 5 Coiling Wards = 8 Rawhide and 4 Crystal per Coiling Ward Ipso facto change current salvage rates to reflect Legendary 750: *Old 1 Rawhide, 1 Veiled Crystals, and 1 Coiling Wards *New 8 Rawhide, 4 Veiled Crystals, and 1 Coiling Wards Unique 750: *Old 3 Rawhide, 3 Veiled Crystals, and 3 Coiling Wards *New 24 Rawhide, 12 Veiled Crystals, and 3 Coiling Wards Legendary 800: *Old 10 Rawhide, 10 Veiled Crystals, and 10 Coiling Wards *New 80 Rawhide, 40 Veiled Crystals, and 10 Coiling Wards Unique 800: *Old 30 Rawhide, 30 Veiled Crystals, and 30 Coiling Wards *New 240 Rawhide, 120 Veiled Crystals, and 30 Coiling Wards Problem solved!

I haven't really had this problem. I would just do a whole bunch of pit runs to level my glyphs and by the time I got done I had a couple thousands of each material. My issue is I still haven't got my spark from Lilith or Uber boss. I've done both multiple times now and I still haven't gotten it and my luck getting mythics is in the toilet. Diablo RNG notoriously hates me

I didn't either, I had over 40k of both hide and chunks. Then I started MWing my gear and now I have precisely 0 hide and still around 30k chunks. D4 desperately needs material conversions just like d3 needed.

I never run out of rawhide or iron chunks (currently sitting on 41k rawhide and 23k iron). My bottleneck is gold. I never have enough gold to do enough masterwork resets or enchants.

Sell items on trade sites. I sold an item for 3b and I'm still living off that. I also spent my 40k rawhide in 2 days afterward because once gold is no longer an issue (it never is if you sell items) then you'll realise how shit the other materials are to farm

"Hopefully" be much easier.... Yeah thats only thing left HOPE, but sadly that doest reflect the reality. It should have been reverted back to previous seasons where we didnt have shortage of basic crafting material. Instead we actually could reroll until we run out of forgotten souls that is legendary crafting material and makes sense. Nope we have to HOPE that after played 8+ hours we get enough raw hides to try one armor masterwork rerolls just to get bac kto farming mats again but tiny bit faster.

I have had no issues with Rawhide or Iron. I am having issue with maxed out gem fragments. Most of the time the stacks dont prevent me from grabbing drops, but it is annoying and has occasionally inhibited picking stuff up. Would be nice to be able to correct that without buying gems at 10mil a pop.

Spiritborn outscales Torment 4 by thousands of times, making the entire game a joke very early on and then only scaling up from there. Doing this to all classes would just make the game a complete and utter snooze fest. Don't try to suggest that Path of Exile 2 will be anywhere close to as easy as you want Diablo 4 to be.

@@thapsico26 So you got lucky on all items and got triple masterwork hit? Let me guess you got 1 maybe 2 hits on same affix on few items and then called it ok. Thats not what endgame masterworking is. Most of us are getting upgrades with better gear and have to masterwork again and again to hit on those desired stats 2-3 times in row. That drains all your raw hides or iron chunks period. Doesnt matter how much you play always short of mats.
