Cool build. I hope you can revist it for season 6! I think Paingorger is pretty good on it, when upgrade it's +6 to basic skills, and +6 from Crone. And I also found that Heir of Perdition works well. But I'm not sure how to push it further, if only I could get overpower to reliably proc!

I have a landslide build, but am leveling a second druid for this build. They are loads of fun to play and I think this will be my build to explore the new expansion areas. People keep rejecting it, but I look at the Cronestaff buffs to close damage. Those are huge multipliers. I have a Cronestaff with a star on close damage. I have a lightning spear main so I am not worried about farming anything in the game.

Why isnly starting paragon board one block lower than yours is when you put the glyph in. You can get both blue dex nodes. I can only get one of them. The area is one block lower than yours.

i wouldn't recommend using this build for t7 hordes, it literally takes you 20 minutes to kill the fucking council. I mean you can see it in the video a t6 council took him like 5 minutes. Health scaling is huge when going from t6 to t7.

Yeah, I was playing around with different variants of basic attacks with the Crone Staff and the single target dps against bosses was severely lacking (with better gear than what's being demonstrated here). Druid's skills are in serious need of an overhaul. It really seems as if landslide build variants are the only thing viable in T7/T8 hordes in season 5 (maybe Boulder, but that's debatable).

Man i wish this one was better. Really love the gameplay but it just does not compare to powerhouses. Speaking of which, i will fire up somne of the better skills next, boulder looking spicy, same with lightningstorm, doomstorm etc. Necro is also in the making with a few great ones!

Stormslide/doomstorm is a lot of fun. It was the first build I tried this season.

Doomstorm is just so strong. I’d really love to see how far straight lightning storm could go. Always loved wolf lightning storm builds with overcharged and dancing bolts aspects.

Im seeing this after i built the "ultimate poisonclaw" build its very similar i want to know if you think theres anything in screamhearts ultimate poisonclaw build that seems flawed. im not an expert but i think theres some flaws yours seems better thought through. do you have any experience in comparing the two?

I always liked stormclaw & shred - but they've been dead now for several seasons. Both would need a significant overhaul to be viable again. I dont see that happening. If a build can't do the "end game" content with basically BiS gear you know it has some serious issues.

Absolutely. I just really wanted to showcase this with near bis gear to get a good read on the skill and its issues. Its missing like 10x dmg to be able to clear t8. And the aoe would still be lacking there.

Have you tried Paingorger's gauntlets? I'm currently running them to help with AOE damage, and it seems to be ok, but idk if its worth it compared to other interactions in the build? Basically, is Paingorger's gaunt good for a stormclaw build?

I did and the dmg was meh at best. If they buff the druid basic skills by 20 to 30% more base dmg i think this one would be fine as is, but as it stands, its just inferior to everything else.

@@Mordarim I had claw up to around level 40 with Paingorger's and it was weak. I even tried maxing out Toxic Claws and stacking crit chance/damage and it still felt pretty lackluster.

Is the poison claw better than this? I really love stormclaw and really find a good build for PvP

Poison claw is not something i have seen work at all this season.

Its 40%critrate at best with 0.2% more crit dmg. At +100 primary res thats 20%more crit dmg. Without any other more multipliers on there. Yeah, that one sucks
