Nice video, thanks! How can I prioritise those five dungeons actually? Is there a way to reliably craft these? or is it random? Like craft 100 nightmare keys, pick those 5 if you are lucky, salvage the rest, go again. Is that it?

Right thats basically what I do. You're not going to be able to run those EVERY time but they definitely pop up more often then not. I just prioritize them then salvage the rest.
