My head just exploded doing math. I run a barrage rogue with the starless skies ring and shako. So, that lucion helmet gives 75% resource deduction, but then ramps up 25% 5x per core skill used over 4 seconds; however, the ring decreases resources (and dmg) used by 10% up to 50% for each core skill used for 5 seconds. Great video!

The chain lightning unique drains mana the more chain lightnings you have, so if you have two chain lightnings it will explode twice as fast.

Seems like they got rid of a lot of damage reduction on uniques which, to me, sounds like some uniques got weaker. Is there another source (aspects, like Aspect of Might) to stack our damage reduction?

@@Night_Strike You’re actually wrong. If something goes up 5x it’s a 400% increase. Look it up. Both are the same value. Also, you need to take my response in the context it was given. The max base value of the item he was referring to is 25%, which is stacked 5 times. 25% times 5 is 125%. But in his video he said it was 100%. I was just simply correcting him. I know he probably meant to say 125%, so it’s not a big deal because we all know what he meant. But I can see why you responded the way you did because without context, 5x is not 125% increase. We good though.
