Diablo 4 Season 5 PTR Chain Lightning Sorcerer Pit 125 2.8Billion

The key is to not spam abilities, just press CL 1-3 times and let it time out.
The new pants and helmet seem to amplify per bounce/hit upon returning to you. (unsure yet, but it's my theory).
Most likely these items will be "fixed" and sorcs will be F tier for dmg compared to other classes. So far viable builds are: Glacial, FO and Firebolt (perhaps arclash) is probably the best dmg output that can be done. But no where near the dps of the other classes.

Also note that if sorc doesn't receive significant buffs after they fix the bug interaction with the helmet and pants combo, then we are pretty screwed for season 5 compared to other classes.

the helm is bugged this is like the 4th sorc video using it; which is sad because sorcs need it to do almost regular dmg

Yeah once they fix the bugs, hopefully they give significant buffs to sorc, otherwise it’s in the dumpster compared to other classes.

because for some reason you deal more damage when you dont spam CL, unsure why this bug works like this but it's weird.

The dmg looks dope but the timer for clear a 125 looks so sad others clases can clear almost 6 -7 mins with boss so really devs need to adress the dmg on sorcs

mekuna tried this combo and hit for quadrilions , i think it gonna get fixed in season 5

yeah hopefully it does get fixed, and they should buff sorcs or rework them to be on par with other classes.

It’s ptr; things will be changed and fixed there’s no reason to have a build guide. This is clearly a bug.

I hit for 2 quadrillion using a similar setup. This unique helmet is just broken, without it Sorcs hit for a few million.
