@Kevlarvest1893 They actually said they were aiming for a Q3 Beta release (between July and September) but don't expect the beta to be released the first of July. However, the beta should last at least 6 months.

@Kevlarvest1893 Actually, I believe Blizzard stated that the beta would BEGIN somewhere in Q3 (Between July 1st and September 30th.) But they also said they were aiming to release Diablo 3 late this year, but as it is still in late development, a more conservative estimate might be better.

@netprince455 How did you stat your characters? Str/Dex for gear and then vita dump right? Or all dex ama? Or all energy ES sorc? The stat system was and is broken. I'm glad they're changing it. There are other ways to customize and other incentives to level now; like you said, it's D3, not D2.

according with the dark domino if will come back my old Necromancer, What we gonna do with the other characters who we started they finish the game with full skills n levels and also we gonna star from zero with classic the characters for the expansion

The game is much less restrictive as it first seemed, it is restricted on stats, but on items its pretty random or almost...

UI looks a lot better since 2008 when I played the demo at Blizzcon. I'm so excited. With SC2 already released and Cataclysm soon to be released. Diablo III will be getting a lot more attention and hype than it has previously. Can't wait for the flood of information at Blizzcon 2010. See you all there!

@Jefneurotoxin I always thought of Diablo as a dungeon crawler more than a RPG. People can play both games or neither and they fit different markets so I don't see how one will affect the other that much.

iv never played any of the diablo's, since i dident like the way the zoneing was and the maps etc, but this game looks sweet and its the only game im currently looking fawrds to getting.. shame its gonna be so long,

@echtwaarisdatzo I did play both. I played WoW for years before I got tired of way too repetitive system (maybe that changed or will change that in cataclysm, I really don't care). I don't have trouble with style and design, I think it looks really good. It is the gameplay that I am worried about. I agree that portals had to go, and a lot things they are doing with sounds great. The crafting is awesome too. Its the removing stat system I really don't understand. Why couldn't they just nerf it?

@PhillyJ91 Well I subscribed to news about Diablo 3 like 2 years ago...so from time to time they send information about stuff... According to Blizzard’s leaked schedule, Diablo 3 will be released sometime before Christmas 2011. So when can we expect the beta to start It’s rumored to have been leaked by an anonymous, yet authoritative source Using Starcraft’s beta, it should be about 6 months before the official release date. So that means summer 2011 will be the summer of Diablo 3.

@PhillyJ91 Well sorry to disappoint ....But this should be true....I mean in the last interview that was last year..Jay said that you can play the whole game from beginning to end but with some things missing,some not programed or some bosses or monsters not moving....1 year is enough to do those things + minor tweaks they do here and there..At least I hope so...At the very least we will definitely get a BETA this year..
