There are a lot of comments regarding move speed and what stacks and what doesn't. Movement speed isn't additive, meaning you don't just take the bonuses, add them together and get your new movespeed (20% base + 15% windloft + 20% shadowsight). The rule still applies with bonus stacking, where the highest buff takes priority. For example, windloft will read 29% on the character sheet alone. Shadowsight 38% alone. Together it does not read 45%. It will still read 38%. Windloft is useful for keeping some movespeed in between shadowsight CD and the hit immunity. Hawra's heave, will read 44% alone on the character sheet, no change with shadowsight and windloft. It will change with killing monsters from the paragon tree and eternal affixes, same goes with opening chest grants bonus movespeed. I can achieve above 52% with my current build, but only if I kill monsters / open chests (with movespeed eternal affix). The rule of the strongest buff still applies, and killing monsters/opening chests will be included and the move speed will be reflected on the character sheet.

Thanks for the video, but could you check on what exactly of a speed bonus you get using greens, sight buff and paragon? Is it over 50%? You can also put strafe with essence that increase your speed 30%, along with the sight buff. Not sure all speed buffs piece together, but if you have 50% consistent speed buff overall, that seems good.

I think all the speed up capped. I have some magic buff leg items mvm speed increase 9% after opening a chest. That good for run too. Always finish with max gems/run. Btw do you try some new essen pvp? And just ask basically question : If i go for new chest Bleeding and Spinning chakra build, the secondaries i focus on for maximum dps are armorpen and resistant? Do you thing potency better ?

there's a hard cap and soft cap, and there is also blizzard's diminishing returns that get applied and also only the strongest buff gets applied. I added some detail in the pinned comment. For your second question, the new essences are awful in PvP, but also due to me not having potency. If you have high potency, you can run angment's conflag and banquet or grace and probably do okay.

Great vid Keyes 👍 waiting for a reading the patch notes vid soon. This works for f2p too just be careful when mobs clump up but that's why you run 6 windloft. I prefer swing over multishot but that's prob why mobs clump up more 😂

I’ve been running (hawras heave-under) helm with (titans snare) shoulders. Gives me perma speed boost, plus I can lock up enemies. What’s your thoughts?

check the pinned comment, added a bunch of detail about move speed. I personally like escape too much it's faster, trigger's a lot of downstream buffs like shields, invis, etc. But if you like hawras heave, go for it. Shooting monsters is really not the goal of the build, so those shoulders don't have value to me.
