From what I can see just gamble rings regardless. Looking at the total number of items dropped per run we get a ton of chances at offensive and defensive aspects but Rings and Amulets are much rarer and a lot of the "Resource" aspects (only found on rings) are the aspects that enable builder-free play. Its a great tool regardless, but the chance at finally picking up my 4 Umbral in addition to multiple chances at a well rolled Ring makes it top priority for me.

Because the coloring was patched out, the devs said it was a mistake, and wasn't supposed to be there.

Hi I have some questions, does this tool assume every aspect has the same % chance of appearing? I've noticed that some aspects seem to be much more common than others and I also noticed that some aspects don't seem to even appear on items until you get to a high level. I'm not sure if this is just my personal bias or if it is truly the case here, but if some aspects are less common or can't appear until a certain level does this tool take that into account? Also in the table there is a number of each item category, something like .05. Does this mean that if you gamble and it is a legendary you have a 5% chance of it being the aspect you want, or does it mean you have a 5% chance of it being that aspect before you actually gamble (i.e. does it take into account % legendary item drop). The tool is not clear about these things.

Some things are indeed still unknown to me, like the level requirement to receive certain aspects. For now, this tool assumes all aspects have the same chance of appearing on an allowed slot.

I tried to search for Aspect of Conceited for necromancer. It gives me the results for Barbarian gloves?

Aspect of the conceited is an all class aspect, Barbarian has the least number of aspects on the gloves. Means the highest probability of getting that aspect is to gamble gloves on a barbarian. It should also list for you at the bottom the different probabilities for different classes.

I don't see a choice at the Purveyor for "off-hand". what does that mean in terms of choices for a barbarian at the Purveyor?

The barbarian does not have an offhand, a little bit of a qurik in the coding I already brought that to Prowners Attention I am sure it will be fixed soon.

they changed this witht he path, now you cant know which item is sacred or ancestral but i think this method is still god for getting the legendary aspect you want

They changed it because it was a visual bug left over from a version of the game that never intended to release with it. It actually had no real sway over what you got when you gambled and was giving people the wrong impression.

Just a note, but I have gambled several Sacred versions from purchasing normal items and vice versa. I don't have the "mathematical prowess" to provide any real data but I'm currently unsure if the chances are even different based on which specific one you gamble (in regards to getting Sacred vs Ancestral vs Normal)

The chances are not different based on sacred, ancestral or normal. The difference is in the quality or how high they roll

@@draega570 I'm trying to get you where I'm at.I'm trying to tell you that the maths is right and the reason why you are getting what you're getting is due to probability. You will always have a chance to get sacred or ancestral when gambling on normal. But what's important is in order to get the most out of your obols is whenever it's possible to gamble, always gamble on the highest tier you can as statistically it gives the best reward

aspects don't seem to matter much, there do seem to be some that are level gated but a list of those is hard to come by at this point. Most aspects are obtainable even at low levels

So say I want Umbral, the tool is saying I should gamble for Rings on a Barb. Does that Barb need to be lvl60 in WT4? I main a Druid and been trying to get Umbral (4) since level60 (now lvl100).

Just gambled 800 obols onto boots that had no frame on them,. got ancestral and sacred legendaries, can confirm you are not correct on the frame being a guaruntee.

Cool, can you tell your friend to develop a tool that calculates a way to not autoplay sound from ads... cuz it's extremely obnoxious. I don't care about making whatever money for providing useful service, and capitalizing on the popularity to ignorance ratio in the playerbase is just good business, but that one aspect sours what are otherwise seemless experiences.

@@Incendiu.m I have not seen any level requirements in aspects except the ones placed there by the creator of the aspect. If I am level 100 and gamble a ring it obtains the lvl 100 requirement. But that does not mean the aspect has a level Requirement. Further more gambling for perfects aspects generally takes place past level 60 where ancestral items drop. If you have a list of specific aspects that won't drop until certain levels shoot me a link
