The pestilent swarms spawn from Touch of Death if you kill the mob infected by it, it flies around and does a wave every second that does damage around it and poisons enemies. Also Stinger can spawn a Pestilent Swarm with a new legendary affix that makes it spiral out when you activate Stinger. The new ring will probably give you the wave effect of the Swarm like it does on Touch of Death and also give you a second Swarm like the one from Stinger. I can’t wait to get it, it looks pretty good👌 Ebewaka makes it so that you could have up to three tags on every skill, the normal passive tag, plus the first Spirit Hall choice if you take a different animal, then a third of your second Spirit Hall choice is also different… up to a 90%(x) multiplier is pretty good and lots of builds will be insanely busted with this helmet. The weapons are insanely good, but I would lean more towards Kepeleke cuz it gets all the Basic affixes, plus the Core affixes as well. The Spiritborn is beyond busted, but also suffers from lack of space😂 it needs the extra hands that the Barbarian has.

Scorn of the Earth: WOW! Super-Evade with *NO* increased cooldown. Plus the boots have extra Evade charges AND reduced cooldown on attack! ❤❤❤❤❤

I just picked up a regular unique wound drinker. Im not sure where it came from, i think either a regular chest or from an elite enemy. I couldn't really tell where it came from because i was in expert difficulty at level 39, which I had no business being in lol, and i was running from a giant horde of enemies. Either way, it's a regular unique with an item level of 464. Ar my level it is definitely a game changer. I didn't previously do any poison damage but as soon as I got this i got toxic skin. On the same excape run i got the venomous treads regular boots that give +2 to toxic skin! So i am now a poison spiritborn lol. 😂

the first ring i believe and this is a guess is that you gain those effects for free. saving you two points and gaining you the third passive you couldn't normally have?

Does the gain XYZ passive effect stack if you have points into the skill ? If you don't have the rings which give XYZ passive effect cand I put a point into the skill and not have it equipped on the skill bar to gain the passive effect ?

The ring gives the passive I believe even if you don't have points in the skill or have the skill on the bar. But without the ring it would have to be on your skill bar
