I was doing some testing on my ice spike build with this and starless vs blue rose and starless and from what I can tell this with starless gives higher DPS. As cool as new blue rose is you wouldnt think so, especially with it being specifically for ice spike, but it doesnt seem to be able to beat 80%x overall damage.

Nah, double spikes is always gonna be better you just have to build it properly. So the ice spikes on blue rose are on a lucky hit, that lucky hit is only 30% so you need a lot of procs and a lot of lucky hit bonus percentage. You also need a really high ice spikes cast twice. So you are getting as many ice spikes as possible and it outperforms anything else. If you have 100% chance to double all ice spikes and they do 150k per vs 250k with the higher damage ring you still lost 50K damage. Because the 150k is x 2 spikes = 300. The blue rose is a direct double neither starless, nor tal Rashas are gonna double your damage Furthermore if you take off blue rose your losing not only the chance to double but also the additional ice spikes from the lucky hit.

Tal tasha in the end game for lightning spear Sorc falls off. You’re better off using to rings with 2 aspects with 2 CDR lightning spear cooldowns

You know what I'm glad I read this comment. I'm lv. 100 sorc with 9/12 masters and I can hardly get through tier 7 hordes. I'm going to try out doing another ring instead of the talrashas. I keep getting one shotted and I think I need some more cdr cooldown and also crit chance
