The main advantage of this item is that allows the user to have access to tornado/cyclone armor/hurricane while in grizzly rage (dire wolf) form. One thing that I really like about it is that by virtue of the werewolf tag being added to storm skills, your skills can achieve really high levels: +3 from mad wolfs glee and another +2 from hurricane's aspect, claw can go up to lvl 19 with staff of the crone!

if you hower over your skills to check your lucky hit chance, the bonus from your items is already calculated into it.

A tornado build with that helm is pretty fun and darn effective. I mean.. the effect is for all storm skills, not just stormstrike. 😊

Level 92 Druid - Finally got it from the end of nightmare dungeon reward! I would strongly advise to spam nightmare dungeons that are fast and easy to run

Can you get Helm to drop when playing a Rogue or must you be playing as a Druid for it to drop.

you could use the general aspect that allows more damage based on amount of resources available, but there are probably more useful ones

Tempest Roar can drop at level 60. I'm level 86 and play a lot (but not streamer level) and haven't seen one yet. You get it at level 62, lucky bastard.

Poison is not a wasted stat. Watch the world first T100 as Druid

Resistances as of right now do very little at all that 60% poison resistance is the equivalent of like 1% reduction in poison damage. They acknowledged the issue and promised to fix it in season 2...

You’re looking for Wild Impulses. It’s the skill on the tree that increases cost to increase damage.
