You know I was excited when Mephisto's head was coming out the gunk because I thought it would be similar to his classic design but nah. Black gunk Jesus it is. Wonder when the rest of the prime evils will make an appearance since.. you know.. the whatever soulstone from D3: Reaper of Souls holding all the prime evils was destroyed freeing them all.

If the D4 writers want to completely ignore what was undoubtedly one of the best set-ups for the Prime Evil's return and all they came up with is demon mommy with divorce issues and Mephisto turning into black gunk Jesus then I guess more power to them?

Like D4 and its xpac was all just exposition for the next actual chapter in the fight against the prime evils. I skipped it entirely just because I wanted to wait until reviews were out before buying and when I saw the plot synopsis I lost all interest.
