Am I the only one who feels for Yui? People call her weak but in my opinion her "weaknesses" are actually her strengths. Her faith and mental strength as well as her kindness is beautiful. I mean these vampires has superhuman strength how can you beat that? Sure she can be naive and a bit stupid at times but she is still a kind beautiful soul. Any normal person would've been broken by the minute they arrived at that mansion. This song represents her suffering yet how she still has hope.

I like yui I just find her kinda naive, sometimes kinda dumb and (this isnt really her fault) I find the grunting or the sounds or whatever that she does when she's injured or bitten to be kinda annoying. But other than that she seems really sweet and I kinda like how she found a way to grow to like the boys.

Yui receives tons of hate by Diabolik Lovers fans, and I honestly don't know why. She is gentle, exceedingly kind, understanding, sympathetic and optimistic. In the Diabolik Lovers games and mangas, she seems to have more of a stubborn, headstrong, cunning and brave side to her, and, I was a little disappointed that she didn't have some of these qualities in the anime. Nevertheless, she certainly does not deserve the amount of hate that she is subjected to. Even though she is bitten, belittled, controlled, and put down by both the Sakamaki and Mukami brothers, she still manages to face her situation with dignity, and is still courteous, kind, and gentle towards the vampires. I even think that the Sakamaki and Mukami brothers respect Yui for these qualities, but they won't outright say it, or admit it to themselves. Yui is certainly not a meek, ditzy, and daft person like some people say she is. I think this particular soundtrack represents her character perfectly.

Is it just me or does my mood in the anime gets ruined when i see people commenting how bad the anime is because of yui? To be honest to appreciate the hard work they have been thriving on to make this anime is better than to judge and talk how crappy the anime is. I know many of us have different opinions about yui, but for me she is a kind soul who only wants to survive in the world where she is bieng tormented. People say for yui to have a more character or better personality, which i don't quite understand, do you mean you want yui to fight back when being harrased by the vampires? If you were in her shoes you would have already been dead if you try to fight back those vampires, remember these vampires are all crazy and sadistic. People call her weak and stupid because she doesn't fight back when bieng sucked by the vampires but for me she is actually bieng smart, she would just rather let them suck of her blood than bieng killed by them, i mean they could easily kill yui when she does something that displease them. The kindness and faith that yui has is the true gift the she could ever have, which made me love her so much. The world is too small to hate such small things.

I like the Mukami brothers the most, especially Ruki. He is so handsome, kind, upright, level-headed, and thinks of others before himself. But I think it was her influence that made him such a wonderful man. Ruki saw her as nothing more than her mere livestock, means and tool, but he changed after receiving her affection and kindness. Because of that, he came to love her and cherished her so much that he would even trade his life for her. I love how he shows his devoted love to her and I really love his very being. I love you Ruki🖤
