You got a really good setup here. Have you seen the test relays that have a on/off switch and also a amp loop? That would be easy to check if the circuit is drawing extra amperage somewhere.

Does the 4425a recognize the leads through the bulkhead ?

I have the older 4425. I haven’t seen a bulkhead available for the 4425A.
