For anyone seeing this, the p0300 is persistent, I haven't had the chance to swap any components. The p0332 was solved by relocating the knock sensor to the outside of the cylinder head at the rear of the engine. If you search KZbin, there is a tutorial for this by someone else which is what I used. It's been a year and a half and the relocated sensor still works perfectly. As far as the random misfire, I did find that using higher octane fuel seems to defeat the misfire which may mean it's an injector or injector harness issue. I had one instance back when this was recorded of a cylinder 1 misfire code that has not returned since, which gives me a place to start if I ever get around to it.
