I have PSVT, I've learned after trying all kinds of vagel stuff, which works sometimes, to just go lay down on my back with my head lower thant my feet. Like on the floor in front of the couch with my legs up on the couch. I close my eyes and stay calm and breath with my arms crossed over my chest. I have 100% success of converting in 3-5 minutes. Then I can go about my day with no long term affects. I do have the pill in the pocket and had used it a few times early on with success. Ive also been to the ER 2X early on and had adenosine once and that worked very fast. I only had to use it because I was in my episode for almost an hour trying all kinds of things on my own and could not get out of it. I think now with what I know the key is to get yourself in a head down feet up position and stay calm and breath and if you can calm yourself I think this could help others. I have episodes approx 6 times a year. Generally when my heart rate is already up like while I play pickleball. Never just resting or sitting. I hope this helps. Im totally fine with my PSVT and no surgery for me.
