hey guys , i wanted to thank you for the presentations you making on this channel ! my question : wel i am 37 yo ! i am 5,5 tall .... i want to reach the 6,1 tall . when asking orthopeidist about this .... they mentioned it's possible "via the limb lengthening" but they cant do much on the skull and the vertebraes " SO , can this growth hormone help here ???? you stop growing at 21 years old max as growth plates close at this age max some people are younger I am only 5 foot 7 and a half would have liked to have been over 6 feet nothing that can be done once growth plates close, If we knew what we know now when we were a teenager
