Lol. Once upon a time I stripped the screw port on a Firefly in a hasty attempt to mod before a war. Ended up lighting that section on fire because I didn’t have the tools at the sight where the war was. Still worked, but looked as ugly as an infected boil. Still fired half-lengths like a beast considering it was pre-N-Strike Elite era.

You may be aware of this but there's a 3d printable flywheel cage for the Tommy 20 (fits both the auto and mech/semi versions). I am in the middle of a mod for one of these myself. There is also a 3d printable ring to insert in the cylinder to hold Elite size darts more tightly.

Maybe after you clean them out, all the ones you can't do much with just slap a coat of primer on them and sell them as Cosplay props they can finish themselves. Use the funds for the Makerspace or (Dubious endeavors)

As far as I know Udo has no plans for vortex, the bin of vortex ammo has been sitting out in the rain. That ammo type is pretty much abandoned because when it rains heavy at afterworlds it just gets knocked out of the sky... I'd also contact Udo about Stryfes, I know he has a fair amount of them just not on site because of the weather. There also should be a fair amount of roughcuts on site that may be firing from one plunger at this point.

With that buzz bee shell blaster, thingiverse has 3d print files to make replacement shells.

Looks like some of these blaster shells need a good scrub-a-dub in a Simple Green tub. And maybe a series of large and small drill brushes. Then some going through with a pick to get rid of the pine needles and possibly live arachnids and insects.

Hey Captain, just watched this video, but good lord, most of those blasters are in really rough conditions, but the acid in the Vulcan battery tray, oh boy that's a true nightmare, if you recall last year, I posted the same problem with the one that I gotten from a yard sale, so if you are interested in repairing that Vulcan, please let me know

Not sure if I saw it wrong but did you forget to put heat shrink on the terminals of the battery connector? Considering this series is often a guide for people new to modding a clarification on that might be a good idea to save people from blowing up lipo’s

...yes...battery electrolyte...more commonly referred to as "battery acid" as it is highly acidic...

im not sure but from my experences vulcans are realy resilient, I bought one at a yard sale for free it was orginaly 2$ (it was raining and the yard sale was outside) she tought it was a water gun and I explaind to her that it was infact a dart blaster so she didnt know if it worked or not so she just gave it to me. later when I got home I just threw som bateries in it no fix up or cleaning needed it turnd on and that ladies and gentlemen, is how I got a free vulcan.

My Recons with no kit in them, just some light internals work and a 5kg spring, get 90+fps. My Raider with a 5kg get about 85 (That barrel, tho). I used to regularly get 120+ out of them with some brass and patience. Admittedly, more modern blasters get better but I fine the old reverse plungers aren't without value if they're what you have. That said, if you give me a free choice between the two not limited by what is at my second hand store - ;)

And there are LOTS of springs for the old reverse plunger systems! Admittedly, they won't really get you great performance but you pop the ARs and those springs can give you work.

Captain I know you say that there is not a lots of mods for a maverick but you are wrong there is a swap cylinder mod for it, the penny mod, and the drop cylinder mod where the cylinder can go all the way out like a strongarm, and and a double cylinder mod. Also there was a lot of kits for the original alpha trooper and the recon.
