Diagonal 3D/3 Strand Pull Through Braid

If you love the regular pull through braid, then you are sure to love this diagonal 3D or 3 Strand Pull Through Braid. This is one that has been circulating around for a while and although I'm not sure who the original creator is, I wanted to do a tutorial for all of my awesome subscribers and anyone else who wants a good tutorial. I chose to do a front diagonal style so that those of you that have toddlers with shorter hair could still do this one. Enjoy!

You could achieve a similar look by just sectioning off the hair and Dutch braiding it back. I already know I would struggle through all these steps with my little trying to jump around and putting her hands all over her head, while asking if it was done yet.

A dutch braid has a pretty different look, try this braid to see. ;) The elastic pull through braids give those an option that can't french/dutch braid to still get a braided look, plus they hold really well for active kids.
