G’day! Flush cuts are a tool every electrician should own and in this video I go over how to get the most use out of them. I own the Marvel MA-600 but any flush cutting pliers will get the job done 👍

If you aim the cable tie facing across the tray so when you cut the tie if there is still a shape edge sticking out running your arm or hand over the tops of the bundle wont come into contact with that sharp edge.`

You don't actually need to pull then cut, they are flush cutters they will cut flush. You can of cause grab the tie while the back of the blades rest on the head of the tie and pull the tie tighter by twisting the cutters.
