Hi. It ranges. I use mostly 12in balloons, sometimes 11, but not inflated to one specific size. They usually ranges between 7-10 inches after inflation.

Wow! Garland is Beautiful! 🌸 It’s amazing that all that balloon & flowers didn’t weigh it down on your frame… some people have used fish line…do we really need fish line? Love it! 🌸

Thank you very much. The base of the balloon has to be stretched tight from the beginning to eliminate sagging. Fishing wire is optional.

It looked good even before the Fluffing Up. Love the color combo and the florals. Did you use all Decomex balloons again? The larger sizes didn't work for me previously, so I haven't purchased anymore since. Just get Tuftex 17 inch ones etc. Love your work. TFS

Hi you just have to use your judgement. When building your garland, you have to step back and look at it. Add them where it makes sense.
