I played a very similar list at Indy regionals. Was so fun. Also, I sat a couple seats down from you at Indy during round 6 I believe. Didn't want to bother you during gameplay though but it was definitely cool to see you there playing!

how do you find this deck does against Lugia vstar?

Definitely a tough matchup, you can bring some techs if you feel a particular meta is gonna be Lugia heavy like a sinnoh to avoid the 1 or 0 prizes off of legacy, same with Gardy I saw a couple lists from NAIC teching a jamming tower which is something I toyed with
