Maharashtra's MVA was probably one of the successful governments to actually help beat the pandemic in one of the most densely populated areas in Asia - Dharavi. Plus, the MVA Government wanted to ensure door-to-door vaccines, like the successful polio vaccine, for COVID as well, which was rejected by the Modi Government to settle a horrible political score. What did the double engine sarkaars in other states do? People dropped dead like flies everywhere. It was just mayhem. And we have seen walls more transparent than PM CARES fund's expenditure.

One thing is clear to me.
